DC-Capital Partners

Services

Business development, partnership management, and research across the technology private-market landscape.

DC-Capital Partners works on a narrow brief: cross-border business development and partnership management for professional and qualified investors. Where engagements include transaction execution, work flows through SAC VC Capital, the partner firm in our joint venture, under its own regulatory framework.

01 — Business development

Business development and partnership management

Cross-border business development and ongoing partnership management for funds, family offices, and corporate counterparts active in late-stage technology private markets. Engagements are scoped to defined deliverables — relationship maps, partnership frameworks, ongoing coordination cadence.

  • 01

Cross-border relationship development with funds, family offices, and corporate counterparts active in late-stage technology private markets.

  • 02

Partnership framework design — counterparty mapping, engagement-process templates, and reporting cadence.

  • 03

Ongoing partnership management across active relationships — communication cadence, document flow, calendar coordination.

  • 04

Introducing services across our reference-fund and family-office network.

02 — Capital partnerships

Facilitating capital partnerships

Introducing capital partners — sponsors, family offices, and institutional LPs — to the firms and counterparties that complement them. Where the introduction calls for transaction execution, work flows through our joint venture with SAC VC Capital, which performs all transaction activity under its own regulatory framework.

  • 01

General introductions across the reference-fund and family-office network we maintain.

  • 02

Coordination across the joint venture — point of contact, document flow, communication cadence.

  • 03

Pre-engagement consulting on transaction-readiness and qualification.

  • 04

Post-engagement reporting support and ongoing portfolio communications.

03 — Research

Research and consulting

Independent market commentary on late-stage technology private markets, with operational consulting support. Deliverables are memos, briefings, and topic-specific notes — not investment recommendations.

  • 01

Periodic market commentary covering secondary-market dynamics, late-stage repricing cycles, and IPO-window conditions.

  • 02

Topic-specific notes on sector themes (data and AI infrastructure, fintech, frontier compute, space, energy).

  • 03

Briefings on transaction-mechanism trends — tender-offer activity, SPV volume, primary-secondary patterns.

  • 04

Operational consulting — engagement-process design, reporting cadence, governance support.

Process

How an engagement runs.

Five stages, scoped before each is started. We confirm a deliverable before commercials and decline engagements that fall outside the consulting and partnership brief.

  1. 01

    Brief

Initial scoping conversation. We confirm fit, qualifications, and a defined deliverable before any engagement letter.

  2. 02

    Research

Desk research, market data review, and counterparty mapping. Output is a written memo, not a slide deck.

  3. 03

    Documentation

Engagement-letter drafting, deliverable scoping, and reporting-cadence agreement. Coordination with legal, tax, and compliance counterparts on the client side.

  4. 04

    Execution

Where transaction execution is in scope, work is performed by SAC VC Capital under its regulatory framework. DC-Capital Partners does not perform regulated transaction activity and does not custody capital.

  5. 05

    Reporting

Quarterly written updates on the engagement deliverable. Material market events surfaced as part of the standing partnership relationship.
